Without the support and encouragement of the NCSU Electrical and Computer Engineering Department, this club would simply not exist. The department has provided funding, lab space, advertising/recruiting opportunities, industry connections, faculty assistance, and access to tools. The neverending enthusiasm of the faculty and staff make this endeavour worthwhile. In particular, we would like to thank Tara Britt, Brenda Beatty, Elaine Hardin, Bart Greene, John Muth, and Doug Barlage.

The triangular chassis, rotating thrusters, and NACA-shaped hulls
of Seawolf I, II and III are proprietary designs of
Vortex HC. The company was instrumental in the formation of the
Underwater
Robotics Club and has been a strong supporter of the club ever
since.
Northrop Grumman donated $3500 to the club. In addition, we would like to thank Eric Pearson, Jared Ellis, and Ryan Tintner for their mentorship and support.
Lockheed Martin donated $2000 to the club.
Fischer Connectors provided a $1000 discount on their top-of-the-line underwater connectors.
Alibre generously provided our club with a full version of their
3D CAD software. Alibre is an affordable, fully-featured 3D-design
package with superb animation rendering capabilities.
Harris Corporation donated a generous amount to the club.
Cisco donated $500 to the club.
Lippert-AT donated a top-of-the-line embedded computer.
High-tech donated a set of custom hydrophones.
Advanced Circuits fabricated PCBs for free.
SolidWorks donated to the club and provided the students
with free copies of its modeling software. Seawolf II was designed
entirely with SolidWorks 2005.
Teledyne Benthos donated a pinger for use in testing our acoustic nav system.
Seabotix provided discounted thrusters.
Microstrain provided a discounted inertial measurment unit (IMU).
MaxAmps provided discounted lithium-polymer batteries.
Bojangles donated $250 to the club, and has great tasting chicken
and biscuits.
Campus Crossings at Raleigh permitted us access to their pool
for testing and practice.
Wolfpack Motorsports allowed us to use their machine shop for fabricating parts.
Team Rolling Thunder donated a sheet of Lexan for our chassis.
The NCSU University Honors Program provided $2,000 towards the development of Seawolf II as part of an undergraduate research award.
The NCSU Student Government appropriated $2,200 to the club for
the 2005-2006 school year.
The NCSU Engineering Council appropriated $1,700 to the club for
the 2005-2006 school year.
Thanks to Dr. Steve Walsh and Dr. Tom Miller of the Engineering Entrepreneur's Program for allowing us to use their lab over summer 2006. A huge thanks to Coach Larry Brown and the lifeguards at the NCSU Carmichael Gym for help with pool testing. Thanks to University House Apartments for use of their pool after hours. Also, special thanks to Gail Lane at Fountain Powerboats for donating fiberglass materials, Chris Hei for his help fabricating the hulls, Ken Boone and the members of Triangle Amateur Robotics for all their advice and help with machining parts, Wolfpack Motorsports for the use of their machine shop, and Team Rolling Thunder for their help and materials donations. Thanks to all our sponsors who have generously donated or discounted parts and provided financial support and technical recommendations to the club. And finally, thanks to our friends/families/girlfriends/boyfriends/wives/fiances who have supported us through this challenging, sometimes stressful, but always rewarding, experience.
